PROPOSAL
Aim
The aim of the Carers Millennium Celebration Awards 'Caring about Carers' is to recognise the varied ways that carers are supported through out the city. The quality of service that each individual carer receives varies and it is all to easy just to hear about poor service and the complaints. To highlight the good services received by others would raise the expectations of carers across the city. It would also be an important opportunity for carers to say thank you to individual and organisations who improve the quality of their lives.
